Celaura Beauty returns & refund policy

We want you to love your beauty, skincare, hair and personal-care products. If something isn't right, Celaura Beauty offers a 30-day free returns guarantee: you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, and we cover the cost. This page explains exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work so you can shop with total confidence.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • In the same condition you received it — unused/unworn, with all tags, accessories and parts.
  • In its original packaging where practical.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

Items that can't be returned

For health, safety and legal reasons, the following are non-returnable once opened or used: opened or used cosmetics, skincare and haircare with a broken hygiene seal (for health and safety reasons); gift cards; and final-sale items clearly marked as such. If you received any of these damaged or defective, we will of course replace or refund them — see below.

How to start a return

  1. Email celaurabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, plus a quick note on why (this helps us improve).
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging is ideal) and attach the label.
  4. Drop it off at the carrier location on your label. That's it — we take it from there.

Return shipping — who pays?

We do. Our 30-day returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label, so eligible returns cost you nothing. (If a return falls outside our policy — for example a change of mind after 30 days — a return shipping fee may apply, and we'll tell you up front.)

Refunds — how and when

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm it's approved. Your refund is then issued to your original payment method in USD, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it to your statement. Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded for defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour or model? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock. Prefer a direct swap? Email celaurabeauty@gmail.com and we'll arrange it where the replacement is available.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at celaurabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — including any original shipping — and you won't need to pay return costs. This is in addition to your rights under applicable American consumer-protection law.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered processing/dispatch yet (within the 1 business day window), we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, please use the standard return process above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund yet: (1) re-check the original payment account; (2) contact your bank or card issuer, as processing time varies; (3) if you've done both and still don't see it, email celaurabeauty@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you.
