Celaura Beauty ships beauty, skincare, hair and personal-care products across the United States. This page explains exactly how our shipping works — order processing, delivery estimates, costs, tracking, taxes and what to do if something goes wrong — so you can order with confidence. Every order is processed from our fulfilment network and priced in US dollars (USD).
The essentials: orders are processed within 1 business day, most deliveries arrive in 1–2 business days across the United States, you receive tracking on every order, and we back every purchase with a 30-day free returns guarantee.
After you place an order it goes through payment verification and quality checks before it is packed and handed to the carrier. Processing normally takes 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed late in the day, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During major sale periods processing can take a little longer; if we expect a delay on your specific order we will email you.
Once your order ships, estimated delivery time depends on your location the USA:

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier volumes, weather and remote routing can affect the final mile. Total time to your door = processing time + delivery time above.
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart and destination, and shown in USD before you pay. There are no hidden handling fees added after checkout. Where a free-shipping threshold applies it is shown in your cart.
Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at celaurabeauty@gmail.com and we will investigate.
We ship across the United States, including residential addresses, apartments and most business addresses. If a product cannot be shipped to your specific state (for example oversized items to a remote route), we will contact you before charging or as soon as we identify the issue.
Applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your state. Because we fulfil and ship domestically across the United States, you will not be charged surprise cross-border customs fees or import duties on delivery.
If your tracking stops updating or your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please: (1) check around your delivery location and with neighbours/building reception; (2) allow 1–2 extra business days, as carriers sometimes scan "delivered" early; (3) if it still has not arrived, email celaurabeauty@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. To change an address, email us within the 1 business day processing window — once an order has shipped the address cannot be changed.
Larger orders or items stored in different locations may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.
