Keralyt 5 Psoriasis Cream - 5% Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Body Lotion

Experience Keralyt 5 Psoriasis Cream

Meet a high-strength exfoliating cream designed for full-body care. Keralyt 5 leverages 5% salicylic acid to provide exfoliating relief and to support a smoother, more comfortable skin surface over time. Crafted by Summers Laboratories, this formula emphasizes long-term skincare support rather than quick fixes.

What it does

• Maximum strength 5% beta hydroxyacid (salicylic acid) for efficient exfoliation of rough areas.
• Helps address flaky, itchy skin by exfoliating away redness, roughness, thick scales, plaque, and hyperkeratotic patches.
• Regular use may help relieve symptoms and address contributing factors behind common skin concerns like psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema.
• Moisturizes and can be used after bathing to seal in hydration across the body.

How to use

• Apply externally to clean, dry skin over any problem areas.
• For best results, use after bathing to lock in moisture and support ongoing comfort.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; store as directed.
• Best used as part of a consistent routine for broader, longer-term support.
